Returns

Please note that custom sizes and items discounted more than 20% are final sale. 

Please contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we will send you mailing instructions to our office in St. Louis, USA or Jaipur, India. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with your refunded store credit for the purchase amount, less a $20 (USD) re-stocking fee. 

Customers outside of the US, please ensure that the label is clearly marked as "Returned Goods" for any customs documentation. 

US customers will receive a pre-paid return shipping label, but all international customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of your order's delivery. We only offer store credit for returns. To be eligible for store credit, your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

In the unlikely event of a defective product, please send a photo of the defect with a short description to namaste@panamina.com. We will assist you with returning the original piece and expediting a new one, or sending store credit for the purchase amount.

If you would like to cancel your order, please inform us within 12 hours of order placement. 


Exchanges

We ship internationally from India. If you would like to exchange your size, we are happy to make a new piece, however you will be responsible to cover shipping costs (approx. 20 USD). Send us a message with your order details and new preferred size, and we'll send you return details. Customers will be responsible for returning the original piece to our office in St. Louis, USA or Jaipur, India. 

Many of our pieces are made from deadstock fabrics in limited supply. We cannot guarantee that a fabric will be available by the time you exchange. In this case, you can return the garment in exchange for store credit.
